I have been messaging Josh over the weekend about doing another video to do with nutrition however Josh just wanted to do the two fitness videos as he said he doesn’t give a ot of information out about nutrition so he just wants to keep the two fitness videos therefore I won’t be doing any research into food/ nutrition videos.
