Context on how promotional videos have changed

I now wanted to discuss why and how looking at the history of promotional videos/ advertisement has helped me, it has helped me because I now know that I need to look more into how I can touch the core of my audience because all I know so far is that they get motivated to workout by watching other people to workout but I need to do some more research into why it does and how it does to make sure my videos effect my audience enough to want to train under Josh and use him as there PT.
